At Cavito Equestrian, we stand behind the craftsmanship of our products. All Cavito products are made with care and attention to detail, and we offer a warranty covering stitching and construction defects.
The warranty period may vary depending on the product. If a defect related to stitching or craftsmanship occurs within the set timeframe under normal use, we will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution.
What the warranty covers
Our warranty covers defects in:

If the issue is approved under warranty, Cavito Equestrian will, at our discretion:

Repair the product at no cost, or

Offer a replacement or refund if repair is not possible.
What the warranty does not cover
The warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or lack of care

Natural changes in leather such as patina, marks, or softening over time

Change of mind
Leather is a natural material that evolves with use. These changes are considered part of the product’s character and not defects.
How to make a warranty claim
To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service with a description of the issue and clear photos of the product. We will review your case and get back to you as soon as possible.
We believe in repair before replacement and aim to extend the life of our products whenever possible.
