Shipping and delivery

Our shipping partner is PostNord.

Shipping costs are added to all orders and are calculated based on your order at checkout.

For notifications related to your order, we use the mobile number and email address provided at the time of purchase. Cavito Equestrian cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is provided. Please review your contact details carefully to ensure that notifications can be delivered correctly.

Cavito Equestrian is not responsible for delivery delays caused by our shipping partners.

We normally pack your order within 2–7 business days, provided that the item is in stock. Please note that delays may occur during campaigns and holiday periods.

We reserve the right for potential overselling of products. In the event of overselling, we will contact you via the email address or phone number provided to find a suitable solution. As we offer limited edition products, please note that a first-come, first-served principle applies. Limited Edition means that the product will not be restocked and is produced in limited quantities. In case of overselling, the item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued.
