Return Policy

If you regret your purchase and wish to return an item, you must submit a return request via our return form within 14 days from the date you received your order.

For the return to be approved, you must contact our customer service through the form and ensure that the item is carefully packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Returned items must be sent back unused and in their original condition. All tags, labels and protective coverings must remain attached as they were at the time of delivery.

If a returned product is damaged, soiled, or shows signs of use - such as scratches, stains, hair, odours, or missing tags - Cavito Equestrian reserves the right to apply a deduction for diminished value, in accordance with the condition of the item.

The deduction may be up to 100% of the product’s value if the item is no longer considered resalable. Any refund will be issued minus the value deduction.

We cover the cost of return shipping. Once your return has been received and processed, the refund for the returned item will be issued using the same payment method as used for the original order.

Please note that original delivery costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place a new order for the desired product. Exchanges are treated as new orders.
