For clarity, the customer will here on after be referred to as “you”, Cavito Equestrian AB as “we”, and www.cavitoequestrian.com as “the website”.
These terms are written to protect you as a customer, and we therefore ask you to read them carefully before completing a purchase. We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions and prices without prior notice.
Cavito Equestrian cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control. We refer to the Swedish Act on Distance Contracts and Contracts Away from Business Premises (2005:59).
All prices displayed on the website are shown in SEK and include VAT (25%).

Cavito Equestrian is not responsible for any accidents that may occur while using our products.
Please note that product images on the website may contain additional accessories or styling elements. The product description always refers to the actual product being sold. Please also note that colours shown on the website may differ slightly from the actual product colours, and that our leather products are unique in shade and texture.
Campaigns
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be applied after an order has been completed. Promotions only apply to new orders placed during the campaign period.

Cavito Equestrian is not responsible for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labour disputes, changes in government regulations, supplier failures, or similar unforeseen events affecting existing agreements and obligations.
