If you wish to return an item, please complete the return form within 30 days of receiving your order. To approve the return, you must contact our customer service through the form and ensure that the item is carefully packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.

Returned items must be in unused and original condition. All tags, labels and any protective coverings must remain attached and in the same condition as when the item was delivered.

If a returned product is damaged, dirty, or shows signs of use, such as hair, stains or missing tags, Cavito Equestrian reserves the right to apply a deduction for diminished value, corresponding to the condition of the item. This deduction may be up to 100% of the product’s value if the item is no longer considered resalable. Refunds will be issued for the product price minus any applicable value deduction.

Return shipping costs are covered by Cavito Equestrian. Once your return has been received and processed, the refund will be issued using the same payment method as used for the original purchase. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item, we kindly ask you to place a new order for the desired product, as exchanges are handled as new purchases.
