The warranty period may vary depending on the product. If a defect related to stitching or craftsmanship occurs within the set timeframe under normal use, we will assess the issue and offer a suitable solution.

What the warranty covers

Our warranty covers defects in:

• Stitching

• Craftsmanship-related faults

If the issue is approved under warranty, Cavito Equestrian will, at our discretion:

• Repair the product at no cost, or

• Offer a replacement or refund if repair is not possible.

 

What the warranty does not cover​​

The warranty does not apply to:

• Normal wear and tear

• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or lack of care

• Natural changes in leather such as patina, marks, or softening over time

• Change of mind

 

Leather is a natural material that evolves with use. These changes are considered part of the product’s character and not defects.
