For the sake of clarity, in the following text we will refer to the customer as “you”, Cavito Equestrian AB as “we” and www.cavitoequestrian.com as “the website”.
These terms and conditions are written as a security for you as a customer and before you make a purchase we therefore ask you to read them carefully. We reserve the right to change our purchase conditions and prices without prior notice.
Cavito Equestrian is not held responsible for external circumstances. We refer to the Swedish law “Distance contracts and contracts outside business premises” (2005:59).
All prices on the website are shown in SEK and include VAT (25%).

Cavito Equestrian does not take responsibility for any accidents that occur when using our products.
Please note that product images on the website may contain additional equipment. The product text always describes the actual product. Please note that the product color on the website may differ from the actual color and that our leather products are unique in shade and texture.
Campaigns
Promotional offers and discount codes cannot be entered after an order has been placed. Promotions only apply to new orders placed during the promotional period.
Force majeure
Cavito Equestrian is not responsible for defects or delays caused by direct or indirect external circumstances including war, strikes, accidents, natural disasters, labor disputes, changed government regulations, failure to deliver by suppliers or comparable situations beyond control that could not have been foreseen and that affect already signed contracts and agreements.
