Shipping and delivery

Our shipping partners are Postnord and Instabox.

All orders will be charged a shipping cost of 49 SEK.

For notifications related to your order, we use the mobile number and email address provided at the time of purchase. Cavito Equestrian cannot be held responsible if incorrect information is provided during the purchase. Please review your contact information carefully to ensure that notifications can be received correctly.

Cavito Equestrian is not responsible for any delays in your delivery caused by our shipping partners.

We normally pack your goods within 2-7 working days, provided the goods are in stock, with reservation for possible delays during promotions and holidays.

In the event of overselling, we will contact you at the email address or telephone number provided to find a solution that feels best to you. As we use some Limited Edition products, we would like to draw your attention to the fact that the "first come, first served" principle applies. Limited Edition means that the product will not be replenished in our range again, but is manufactured in a limited edition. In the event of overselling, the product will be cancelled from your order and a refund will be made.
