Returns & exchanges
If you regret your purchase and want to make a return, please fill out the return form within 14 days of receiving your order. In order for the return to be approved, you need to contact customer service (through the form ) and package the item so that it is not damaged.
Returned goods must be returned in their original and unused condition. Labels and any protective plastic must remain on the product as they were upon delivery. If a returned product is damaged, dirty or shows other signs of use such as hair or lost labels, Cavito Equestrian is entitled to charge a reduction in value in accordance with the extent of damage to the product. Up to 100% of the value of the product if it is not considered to be in saleable condition. Money will be refunded for the product minus the value deduction.
When returning, we are responsible for the return shipping. Once we have received and processed your return, the value of the returned item will be refunded using the same payment method used for the order. Any delivery costs always remain and are not refundable.
If you want to exchange an item, we ask that you place a new order for the desired item as this is considered a new order.
